Privacy notice

When you book online

We ask for the patient’s name, date of birth, sex, phone number, email and address, the tests you choose, and optionally the requesting doctor. We use these details to register the visit in our laboratory information system, to place the order for your tests, to label your samples correctly and to contact you about the appointment.

If you have visited us before and your name, date of birth and email or phone match our records, the booking is added to your existing record. Otherwise a new record is created. We do not change your existing record from the website.

Who can see your details

Only authorised Eureka staff involved in your care and administration. If you name a requesting doctor, we may share your results with them. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.

Emails

We send a booking confirmation to the email you give, and our team receives a copy of the booking. Contact form messages go to info@eurekalabgy.com. Please do not send results or other medical details through the contact form.

How long we keep them

Booking and laboratory records are kept as part of your medical record for the period required of an accredited laboratory. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you.

To correct your details, cancel a booking, or ask what we hold about you, call +592 225 7574 or email info@eurekalabgy.com.

This website

The site uses a security check from Cloudflare on its forms to stop automated abuse. If you add tests to a booking before choosing a time, the list is kept in your own browser only. We do not use advertising cookies.
